Wimbledon: Federer into Final after beating Berdych

Swiss Maestro Roger Federer

Swiss Maestro Roger Federer has reached his 11th Wimbledon Final after a straight sets win over Tomas Berdych in the semis.
Federer cruised past his Czech opponent with a scoreline of 7-6, 7-6, 6-4. This was his toughest test so far, though, as Berdych kept Federer on his toes.

Twice he dragged Federer into tiebreaks, but on both occasions he was helpless as the Swiss Maestro simply flicked the switch, conjuring winners at will to move ahead.

Federer, who took six months off after losing in the semis last year, broke in the next game and the end came quickly as he held serve at 5-4 to seal his 90th win at the All England Club.
