Climate change triggers floods in Pakistan

Floods are fast becoming an annual phenomenon in Pakistan as rains are becoming more unpredictable and glaciers are melting down more rapidly due to shifting weather patterns. Press TV correspondent Javed Rana has filed this report from Islamabad.
