Kashmir marks martyrs' day amid heightened security

Indian-controlled Kashmir has observed a complete shutdown to mark what is known in the region as the martyrs' day. That’s when 22 civilians were killed by a Hindu ruler 86 years ago. As Press TV’s Syed Ali Safvi reports, Kashmiris have marked the occasion amid tight security, as tensions run high in the disputed region.
