OSCE overcomes “crisis of confidence”

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe says it’s finally overcoming an unprecedented leadership challenge amid what’s been described as a crisis of confidence. Around 30 foreign ministers gathered in Austria to discuss a range of issues including what they described as a serious crisis in European security in the face of increased terrorist attacks.
