Queen Elizabeth II has been given an increase in the official funding she receives each year. Buckingham Palace says the sovereign grant is 82.2 million pounds. That's an increase of more than 6 million. But many believe the additional budget comes at the cost of public sector workers whose salaries have remained unchanged for a long time.
