South Korea marks outbreak of Korean War amid tensions

South Korea has marked the outbreak of the Korean War 67 years ago by holding several events in the capital Seoul. This while tension is looming over the two Koreas amid the deployment of a controversial US missile system and ongoing pressure and sanctions against Pyongyang led by Washington.
