Donors pledge $358 million for Uganda refugee crisis

African leaders and donors meeting in Kampala have pledged $358 million to support refugees in Uganda as the country faces the world's fastest-growing refugee crisis. The funding will help meet the needs of the rapidly-surging population of South Sudanese refugees in Uganda.
