US deployment of long-range rocket system to Syria, illegal: Analyst
Mike Harris, editor at Veterans Today, believes the deployment of the US High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) to Syria is “illegal” and “unconstitutional,” adding that it is a proof that the US government has been hijacked and has betrayed the American people.
“[US Defense Secretary] General [James] Mattis, he should resign or he should be tried for treason because what he is doing right now is unconstitutional, he has no congressional authority, Congress has not declared a state of war, the US is operating a de facto invasion of Syria,” Harris told Press TV in an interview on Thursday.
