US breaks Guinness World Records for longest pizza
An American made pizza has successfully broken the Guinness World Records title for the longest pizza with a length of two kilometers.
Dozens of chefs and people worked together in Fontana, California to make the pizza as certified by representatives from the Guinness World Records.
The pizza which weighed 7,808 kilograms, was made on one of the largest scaffolding units ever made. The previous record for the world's longest pizza was set in Italy in 2016, where a 1.85 kilometer pizza was made.
Some attendees at the free pizza-making event had the chance to try the finished product, but the majority of the pizza was donated to food banks and homeless shelters in the area.
