The Afghan capital witnesses yet another deadly blast: a powerful bomb hidden in a tanker explodes in the morning rush hour in Kabul's diplomatic quarter, killing at least 80 people and injuring more than 350 others. The government slammed the deadly attack that was later claimed by Daesh Takfiri terrorists.

Iran, Pakistan, Germany and other countries have also condemned the explosion.
