The United States and its Arab allies in the Middle East are heating up the war of words against Iran.

During his controversial visit to Saudi Arabia, US President Donald Trump accused Iran of sponsoring terrorism in the Middle East.

And in the Israeli-occupied territories, Trump, along with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, repeated his threatening remarks against Iran.

The threatening words drew angry response from Iran. President Hassan Rouhani rejected the claims saying Iran has been at the forefront of fighting terrorism in the Middle East. He also dismissed a meeting of dozens of Arab leaders in Saudi Arabia as a political show with no real value.

But what do international media think about the latest spat between Iran and the United States?
