Green light for controversial EU military HQ

A controversial plan to establish an EU military headquarters in Brussels has been approved by the bloc's foreign and defense ministers. Critics see the move as a major step towards the establishment of an EU army which could potentially undermine the role of NATO. EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini says the military headquarters could be up and running within days.
