Britain’s Lewis Hamilton has won the Spanish Grand Prix in Barcelona.
The Englishman, who started from pole position, saw his lead evaporate when Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel beat him at the first corner. But a decision to have Hamilton finish the race on faster tires allowed him to overtake Vettel on Lap 44 and the Brit held on to claim his second win in five races this season.
With the triumph, Hamilton also cut Vettel's lead from 13 points to 6 heading into Monaco GP. That's while Red Bull’s Daniel Ricciardo ended his day in third followed by Force India’s Sergio Perez and Esteban Ocon.
