South Korean lawmakers have called on the National Assembly to convene a hearing and rescind the deployment of an advanced US missile system to the country. The controversy comes as the new President of South Korea, Moon Jae-in, made his first diplomatic contacts with leaders of Japan and China, as well as US President Donald Trump.
