Trump signs climate order to boost coal use

US President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed an executive order to roll back a number of Obama-era climate policies including attempts to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. His goal as he claims is to encourage American businesses. But as our correspondent Susan Modaress reports not everyone seems to be of the same mind with him.
