Fillon's wife indicted amid uncertain French voters

The French presidential election is less than a month away and yet there is still a huge uncertainty among voters. The scandal known as “Penelope-gate” continues to dominate headlines, as the wife of presidential hopeful Francois Fillon has now been indicted on corruption charges.
