Rouhani welcomes "new level" of cooperation with Russia

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has concluded a two-day visit to Moscow after a meeting with his Russian counterpart and the signing of a number of agreements. Both heads of state reiterated their determination to expand bilateral relations and continue cooperation on regional issues.
