NHL: Lightning edge past Blackhawks 5-4 in OT

The Tampa Bay Lightning edged past the Chicago Blackhawks 5-4 in the NHL.

The Tampa Bay, which trails Boston by a point for the second Eastern Conference wild card, got two goals from Jonathan Drouin.Ondrej Palat and Anton Stralman also scored, and Andrei Vasilevskiy has tied with the Western Conference-leading Blackhawks at the end of the third period of the match so the match went on to over time.

Canadian forward Yanni Gourde scored fifth goal of the match for the host at over time.

The Tampa Bay Lighting will entertain Detroit Red Wing on Friday and the Chicago Blackhawks will travel to Pittsburgh to meet The Penguins.
