Ukraine imposes sanctions on Russian banks

Ukraine’s central bank has imposed sanctions on five Russian state-owned banks operating in the country. The measures include prohibitions on financial operations that benefit the banks' parent structures. Ukraine’s central bank says the sanctions will not pose a threat to Ukraine’s financial stability.
