MEPs criticise EU's counter-terrorism strategy

EU legislators hold a debate in the European Parliament to mark the first anniversary of the Brussels terrorist attacks which killed 32 civilians and injured hundreds. Many MEPs are highly critical of how the European Union has responded to the terrorism threat in the 28-member bloc. Jerome Hughes reports from Brussels.
