Israel’s 2014 war on the Gaza Strip almost devastated the coastal enclave. But the reconstruction work is painfully slow there more than two years and a half after the end of the war. That’s partly because Israel does not allow certain construction material including cement to enter the coastal enclave. Our correspondent Halla Al-Safadi has the details.
