Iran, Azerbaijan discuss boosting cooperation

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has met with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev in Tehran. The 2 discussed expanding bilateral cooperation and signed 2 memorandum of understanding. The trade volume between the 2 neighbors have had a 70-percent surge over the past year.
