Premier League: Chelsea beats Swansea City 3-1 at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea have continued their excellent form in the English Premier League, following a 3-1 victory over Swansea City at Stamford Bridge.

19 minutes into the match and the London Blues took the lead through Sesk Fabregas who poked the ball past the keeper and into the bottom corner to make it 1-nil.

But Fernando Llorente equalized for Swansea on the stroke of half time with a powerful header following a wonderful through ball.

But Pedro and Diego Costa came to Chelsea’s rescue and struck late in the 2nd half to wrap up the match and take all three points. With the triumph, the London Blues have now moved 11 points clear at the top of the Premier League.
