US hosts ‘Cookie Con’ and sweets show in Los Angeles
The US city of Los Angeles has hosted the annual cookie and sweets show. The ‘Cookie Con’ has given sugar artists a place to demonstrate their creativity.
Almost 200 exhibitors have shown off recipes and goodies from local and national brands. The sweet-toothed foodies are out in full force to sample the goods on offer, from cookies and cupcakes to pastries and chocolate.
Participants include celebrity chefs giving top tips and bakery owners wanting to grow their business. The ‘Cookie Con’ is not just for adults. It has a Kids Zone for toddlers as well, which has plenty on offer for children.
