An annual orchid festival has brought an eloquent Thai garden to New York.
The Botanical Garden in the Bronx is holding the 15th edition of the orchid show which explores a large variety of the fragrant plants that are native to Thailand.
The garden lures in flower collectors and enthusiasts with a wide range of orchids from large and deeply yellow buds to delicate Vanda petals tainted fuchsia and mauve.
The exhibition also features attractions like crystal clear pools of water, small shrine replicas adorned with flowers and large shrubs or colored foliage trimmed to resemble animal.
The floral festival will continue to dazzle visitors until April 9th.
