Ukraine on edge of energy crisis as Donbas blockade persists

Ukraine is facing rolling blackouts as the country's thermal power plants suffer deficits of anthracite coal. Ukraine’s central government depends on the material which is extracted in territories under the control of pro-Russia forces in the east. Our correspondent Lena Savchuk reports.
