Veterinarians and wildlife conservationists from Iran, Germany and Portugal have taken part in a joint project to save one of the world’s endangered animal species, the Persian Leopard. The group of scientists tried to breed the animal through artificial insemination conducted on the world’s only 2 wild Persian Leopards held in captivity in Tehran Zoo.
