Copa del Rey: Alaves beat Celta Vigo 1-0 on aggregate, reach final

Alaves have booked their spot in the final of the tournament for the first time in their history after securing a 1-0 victory over Celta Vigo to set up a showdown with giants Barcelona.

After claiming a commendable 0-0 draw in last week's first leg at the Balaidos stadium, Mauricio Pellegrino's men continued their fine play in the second leg and showed a powerful performance in front of their home crowed on Wednesday.

Alaves broke the deadlock after the break when Edgar scored a lovely solo goal to make it 1-0 and send his side through to an historic final.
