Roma have climbed up to 2nd place in the Serie A standings, following a thrashing 4-1 victory over rivals Fiorentina, in a club record breaking 14 home game wins since 1930.

The Capital Club Giants opened the scoring after 39 minutes with Edin Dzeko’s low finish, before Federico Fazio headed home to make it 2-nil in the 58th minute.

Radja Nainggolan added his side’s 3rd, as the hosts operated mainly on counter-attack, before Dzeko, who is now the league's Top Scorer with 17 goals, scored his 2nd of the night to complete the comfortable victory.
