Belgian parliamentary delegation returns to Damascus

A Belgian parliamentary delegation is in Syria to get a first-hand account of the impact of years of war on the country and its humanitarian situation. The lawmakers have visited several areas including the newly-liberated city of Aleppo and held talks with a number of Syrian officials.
