NBA: Timberwolves beat Magic 111-105 in overtime
In the NBA, the Minnesota Timberwolves have defeated the visiting Orlando Magic 111-105 in overtime with the help of Andrew Wiggins and Ricky Rubio at the Target Center arena.
Minnesota started the match as the better side on Monday and went ahead by three points by the end of the first period. But the visitors struck back in the second frame and won it 28-26 to trail by only a single point at the intermission.
Both teams then fought throughout the rest of the match and got to the point where they got locked at 98-all. The game then had to be decided in overtime where Minnesota took their chances to win the game 111-105.
