Dancing to the tunes of petty tyrants

The crimes in Bahrain are going on in as ugly and blunt a manner as ever, and the British establishment seems to prefer to act like an overexcited cheerleader in support of the regime.

Less than a week after Bahrain's high court upheld the death sentences of three political activists, the trio were executed in spite of evidence that the Bahraini regime's court ruling was based on the confessions extracted through torture. The UK’s official reaction to the executions was short and passive as expected.
