Liverpool’s title dreams have been shattered as they suffered a shock 3-2 defeat at the hands of Swansea City in the English Premier League at Anfield.
Locked at 2-all in the second half, Sigurdsson pounced on a poor defensive clearance from Klavan to make it 3-2 for the visitors in the 74th minute and hand his side the crucial three points that lifted the Swans out of the bottom three.
It was Liverpool's first league loss at home since January 2016 which now leaves them seven points behind leaders Chelsea.
