Britain to leave single market as May outlines UK Brexit plans

British Prime Minister Theresa May has outlined her government's Brexit plans in the first major speech on the topic since Britain voted to leave the European Union in June. The Prime Minister set out a list of negotiation priorities which include the UK pulling out of the single market. Critics have urged the PM not to shut European doors on Britain and to spell out more concrete details of a post Brexit Britain.
