The US state of Oregon has been hit with a massive winter storm. Residents are not too happy, but zoo animals are delighted.
More than 30 centimeters of snow, the first of 2017, has forced Portland Zoo to shut down to visitors, so animals had a snowy day on their own.
Polar bears, seals, otters and Asian elephants were all playing in the white stuff. Footage shows Nora, the Portland zoo’s polar bear, rolling in piles of snow while elephant ‘Samudra’ rolled through the snow before taking a dip in a pool.
