Germany to sell bottled fresh air from historic spa town

Fresh air produced and bottled in Kreuznach Spa's Saline Valley.

A German entrepreneur has started to sell air from a historic spa town near a Saline Valley.

The businessman believes he has produced some of the cleanest and healthiest crops of air around. With its many hot and salty springs, the water is put through a process that separates the salt components.

As the salty water evaporates, it transports some of the salt into the air, giving it a seaside quality. Many say the bottled air is beneficial to health. The product retails at 63 dollars a bottle.
