Palestinians, Israelis react to Kerry's speech

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been angered by John Kerry’s last speech about the Palestinian issue as the US Secretary of State. Netanyahu says Kerry’s remarks were biased against Tel Aviv. Meanwhile, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas says he’s prepared to resume talks with Israel provided that Tel Aviv halts its settlement activities.
