Pakistani court: government failed to curb terrorism

A judicial commission investigating terror attacks in Pakistan says in a report that the government has failed to contain terrorism. The commission has urged Islamabad to step up measures to tackle the threat of terrorism and stop the formation of new terror cells in Pakistan.
