Land disputes make up 66% of india's legal cases

A new poll shows people in India fear losing their lands and property.

A new poll has found that people in India fear losing their land and property if they are unable to produce proper documents for their ownership. Legal disputes over property, account for almost two thirds of civil court cases in India. That’s as the population living in urban areas is expected to double within the next decade. Many believe that would bring more disputes if the government doesn’t solve the problem now. Sanjay Setti reports from New Delhi.
