Manchester United have booked their spot in the Europa League knockout stages by beating Zorya Luhansk in Group A clash in Odessa.

The Red Devils were the brighter side, but couldn’t break the deadlock until the 48th minute, when Henrikh Mkhitaryan picked out the bottom corner with a very smart finish, registering his first goal for the club.

And then, 2 minutes from the time, Paul Pogba released Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and the Swede rolled the ball beyond the keeper for his 7th goal in his last 6 appearances.

Jose Mourinho’s side have now progressed into the last 32, finishing in 2nd in the group behind Fenerbahce.
