NBA: New York Knicks 106-98 Sacramento Kings

New York Knicks have defeated the visiting Sacramento Kings 106-98 at their NBA match.

The home side were behind at the beginning on Sunday but soon managed to control things and went ahead 26-21 at the end of the first frame.

They then took that same level of performance to the second quarter which they won 29-20 to lead by 15 points at the intermission.

DeMarcus Cousins and the other Sacramento players were brilliant after break and led their side to a 36-26 win the third quarter. Cousins had 36 points and 12 rebounds in the night.

As for the home side, Derrick Rose and Carmelo Anthony each scored 20 points. The Knicks came on top again in the last frame and won 25-21 for the 8-point victory at the Madison Square Garden.
