Fans of Brazil’s Chapecoense have gathered outside the team's headquarters to pay emotional tribute to the players who died in the plane crash in Colombia.

The supporters came together at the Arena Conda stadium and prayed for those taken too soon.

Emotional scenes saw those in attendance observe a moment of quiet reflection.

Chapecoense were heading to the city of Medellin to play the first leg of the Copa Sudamericana final against Atletico Nacional when their plane went down in the mountainous jungles west of the country.
