Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal have registered a 3-1 victory over Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium, bringing an end to their three game win-less run.

The Gunners only needed 12 minutes to open the scoring on Sunday when a poor back pass from Steve Cook went straight to Alexis Sanchez, and the forward stroked his effort past the keeper from 18 yards. But it didn’t take long for the visitors to equalize.

Bournemouth won a penalty in the 23rd minute and Callum Wilson stepped up and fired the ball into the back of the net to make it 1-all.

Theo Walcott then managed to put Arsenal back in front after the break when he nodded in a Nacho Monreal cross at the back post. And Sanchez wrapped up the victory for the hosts by scoring his second of the match in stoppage time.
