Brazil striker Neymar has been in and out of court quite a bit over the last few months, answering questions about his controversial transfer from Santos to Barcelona in 2013.

Today, Spanish prosecutors demanded a 2-year jail sentence for the Brazilian. They also want the same punishment for Neymar's father, who acts as his agent, and also, former Barcelona President Sandro Rosell.

The case had been brought to court by the Brazilian Investment fund DIS, which owned 40 percent of Neymar’s transfer rights. But, apparently the company did not receive its financial dues from the superstar's move to Spain 3 years ago.
