Senior officials from the EU countries are concerned about return of citizens who have joined Daesh in Iraq and
Syria. This has got fresh urgency amid operations to remove the terrorists from those countries. Against that backdrop, security issues facing the union dominated a meeting of the bloc's justice and home affairs ministers in Brussels, from where our correspondent Jerome Hughes now reports.
