NBA: Portland Trail Blazers beat Denver Nuggets 112-105
The Portland Trail Blazers have condemned the Denver Nuggets to their 4th straight loss with a 112-105 victory at the Moda Center, on a night Damian Lillard put-on another 30-plus point performance.
The Nuggets started-off on the front foot and piled-up an 8-point lead by the end of the opening quarter on Sunday night.
They kept the pace up in the 2nd frame as well, and were able to extend their advantage to 48-31 midway through the quarter, but the Trail Blazers stepped-up a gear and staged a comeback, which saw them lead 61-60 some 3 minutes into the 3rd quarter.
Lillard, who scored a game-high 32 points, made sure that it was Portland who finished the game on Top at 112-105.
