Hamilton takes pole position at Brazilian Grand Prix

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton has stormed to pole position at the Brazilian Grand Prix.

Hamilton beat his teammate and title rival Nico Rosberg by 0.102 second to secure pole position in Sao Paulo. Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen qualified 3rd with Red Bull's Max Verstappen joining him on the second row of the grid.

Rosberg enjoys a 19 point advantage in the championship and will take his first title if he gains 7 points or more on Hamilton in Sunday’s penultimate race of the season.
