Germany hold a training session in the Italian city of Rimini ahead of their World Cup qualifier against San Marino on Friday.

Germany head coach Joachim Loew has called up three players from the under-21 side for the match against San Marino and a friendly against Italy on Tuesday.

Goalkeeper Manuel Neuer will miss the match because of a viral infection. And midfielder Julian Brandt has the flu and cannot play.

Germany is already missing injured midfielders Toni Kroos and Julian Draxler, as well as defender Jerome Boa-teng. The match also sees the debut of former player Miroslav Klose as an assistant trainer under Joachim Loew.
