US editorial cartoonists have showcased their humor and sarcasm via political caricatures amid the intense race for the White House.
Hundreds of works that center around the United States presidential election of 2016 were displayed at the Art Soiree Hillary vs. Trump Cartoon Debate exhibit in Washington.
All the comics and caricatures were drawn by an elite group of political cartoonists of America including 4 Pulitzer award winners.
The majority of them are inspired by the back and forth name calling between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton with some digging deeper using sentences and scandals that have added fuel to the fiery campaign.
Most works also depict the artists’ personal preferences through blending criticism and irony.
