China has been showing off its latest series of space achievements and says it is ready to launch the country’s first landing mission to Mars in 2020.

The Chinese Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation is highlighting manned space flights, moon probes, exploring Mars, high resolution satellites and a special navigation system.

China is developing probes for the Moon and the Red Planet that could soon be sent to both via unmanned landing vehicles.

The Mars mission will take 6 months after the launch to arrive above the planet and release landing facilities.
